Rates are subject to change at any time.

Shoot must be paid for in full before commencement of shooting. A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
Payment/invoicing information will be sent to the client's email address provided upon booking.
Additional services are available to purchase before and/or after the scheduled photoshoot date subject to availability.

Cancellation due to illness with medical explanation before 4 weeks of shoot date forfeits 50% of the deposit on which the remaining will be returned to you within 30 days. Cancellation within 4 weeks of shoot date forfeits 100% of the deposit.

Postponement of the shoot to an alternative date will be made at the discretion of the Photographer and within reason of Photographers schedule. A $50AUD penalty applies for postponement within a week of shoot.

Images are provided as online web size copies (JPG) unless otherwise specified.
Images are supplied with standard usage rights & are not to be redistributed or sold to any third parties.

Commercial use of images involves a specific pricing structure & licensing. Please advise if you wish to use images for advertising/commercial use. Images will not be provided for print or high resolution media and use of images without permission will significantly reduce the quality of the work.

Nae Oliver Creative (IG- @naeflex) reserves the right to creative freedom and decision making when producing final images/video for the client. Requested and agreed to changes or alterations will result in additional fees/charges prior to completion.

Please note that if selections of edits are not made within 4 weeks of receipt date, the client gallery will be removed from workflow and returned to after the seasonal period is complete.

Model Release

Model/Subject agrees that copyright, moral rights, and all other intellectual property rights to the Photographs and Videos belongs to Photographer and/or his or her heirs, licensees or assigns, with full right of lawful disposition in any manner.

Model/Subject agrees that, while he/she may use the Photos for purposes related to the promotion of Model/Subjects's business online, including, but not limited to: social media, self advertising, and self promotional web sites, Model will not sell or use photographs in a contest manner without Photographer's prior consent, nor submit for publication without request to Photographer, followed with crediting Photographer.

Likewise, Photographer agrees that while he/she may use the Photos for purposes related to the promotion of Photographer's photography business, including, but not limited to: advertising, portfolios, composite cards, exhibitions, contests, and promotional web sites, Photographer will not sell or otherwise transfer publication rights to any of the Photos except with Model's prior consent.

Model understands that Photographer has the moral right to be identified as the author of the Photos when copies of the Photos are presented to the public, and shall communicate this understanding to ALL Digital and Print publishers, designers and other third parties that act on Model's behalf to create presentation material using the Photos. Model agrees to tagging and identifying Photographer on social media, specifically Instagram- @naeflex.

Model agrees that the Photos shall not be cropped, altered, filtered or distorted in any way when they are used to promote Model's business. Any watermark and copyright notice that appear as part of a Photo must be left intact.

Model releases and agrees to hold Photographer and/or his or her heirs, licensees or assigns, harmless from any claim or liability in connection with the publication or use of these images in any manner or form whatsoever under this release form, unless it can be clearly shown that the foregoing was maliciously caused, and produced, and published solely for the purpose of subjecting Model to conspicuous ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn, and indignity.

Model hereby affirms that all poses, positions and situations enacted in the Photos covered in this release were entered into without force, coercion, or threat whatsoever, and were posed freely by Model with Model's full consent. Model further agrees to hold blameless and free of all accusation of such force or coercion Photographer, his legal representatives, assigns, and those acting under his permission.

Model hereby affirms that his/her date of birth is that which makes him/her of legal age and that Model is fully able to contract in his/her own name without breach of any prior agreement or applicable law, including, but not limited to, prior agreements with modelling and talent agencies.

Both Model and Photographer affirms to have read the foregoing prior to its execution and agree to the contents thereof prior to booking.

Making a booking and paying a deposit confirms Model/Subject has read and understood the terms and conditions laid out in on this website and binds Model/Subject and Photographer into a contractual agreement with selected appointment deliverables.
